Frequency of Words is curated by Esther Maria Swaty a lover of classic and emergent fashion, design, décor, cuisine and literature. Esther has a unique perspective on living an inspired life. Ever since she can remember she has kept a journal, been surrounded by stacks of books and magazines, as well as obsessively maintained inspiration journals/binders/boxes crammed full of quotes, images, and so much more. Esther was raised in the South yet has traveled since a very young age, partly because her mother is German and her dad is a ceaseless explorer.

Launched in October of 2010, Frequency of Words, is updated 4-6 times a day. Frequency of Words attracts devoted readers across multiple continents. Its founder moved to Washington State about 11 years ago, and lived for a six month stint in Switzerland. Now one of her favorite things is to discover treasures hidden in little-known Seattle corners. Esther Maria Swaty is also a writer for the Seattle City Guide Examiner which has provided her with unique opportunities for featuring original content that is fresh and thought provoking. Currently enrolled in college and working full time at a Seattle radio station, she is also networking with artists around the globe, preparing for her goal of moving to New York, and dreaming of making her way to Paris.

Frequency of Words welcomes submissions and product reviews in the following areas: books, stationary, personal accessories, clothing, home furnishings and accessories, interior design (including personal homes), fine art, music, and graphic design.

At Frequency of Words we try our best to articulate trends, showcase fresh and original content. As such, priority is given to products and stories that have not yet been covered online.
