Well I have compiled a little list of items that will fit almost any budget. Seriously, I think we can even those of us students can afford a $1.99 Wet n Wild nail polish. And sometimes just the perfect nail polish can make an outfit! Ps- now that you know the color of the year, keep your eyes open when you are thrifting… you never know what kind of amazing discoveries you will have.
